The Perfect Italian Negroni

The key to a great Negroni is finding the best gin-vermouth pairing which complements rather than over-powers the bitters.

With this Cocchi Dopo Teatro Amaro Vermouth, and Sabatini Tuscan gin, we think we've found the perfect combination.  Typically Campari is used, but as we're always looking to improve on what has gone before, we recommend using Sirene bitters instead for a premium upgrade.

For the perfect Italian Negroni using all Italian ingredients. just mix equal parts of all 3 ingredients and add an orange peel garnish.
