Delivery & Returns
For orders placed Monday - Friday we aim to process it the same day for next day delivery.
Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed for Monday delivery
There are no deliveries on Public Holidays therefore orders placed the day before holidays will be delivered the day after the holiday.
Contact us and we will do our best to accommodate any special requirements.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged we will arrange for a replacement to be sent, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by replying to the order confirmation email or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns are permitted if the Goods delivered were incorrect (these should be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery).
We are unable to accept returns on items where you have simply changed your mind.
If your product has arrived damaged and we cannot provide a replacement we will issue a refund, please email us at email@example.com
