Tasting Notes for Sabatini Gin
Aroma: Piney juniper forward with herbal influences and faint hints of olive, thyme and lemon verbena.
Taste: Dry and piney with juniper to the fore. Crisp and clean with distinctive herbal notes and cracked black pepper spice.
Finish: Piney juniper and herbal notes continue in the long finish with olive and thyme.
